How to prepare for the session?
  1. Moisturize the tattoo area for 7 days prior to the session. If the skin is very dry, gently exfoliate it.
  2. One day before the session, carefully remove hair from the tattoo area, leaving a margin of a few centimeters. If we are using a healing film, hair might interfere with its application. Even if there is only light fuzz, it should also be removed. If there is no hair at all, leave it as it is.
  3. Eat well and rest. But ❗️do not drink coffee, energy drinks, take painkillers, or alcohol. This will make the work more difficult and increase the session time, as the ink will penetrate less effectively.
  4. At the studio, we can offer tea, decaf coffee, candy, and water. There is also Wi-Fi, so feel free to bring headphones to listen to music or watch a movie. During long sessions, you can also order food delivery.
  5. Prepare comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the tattoo area and does not compress the skin. For example, if the tattoo is on the calf, avoid wearing tight skinny jeans. If a woman’s tattoo is on the ribs, avoid tight bras. Additionally, avoid wearing light-colored clothing. While the artist will try to prevent ink from getting on your clothes, it’s better to play it safe. Remember, if you don’t mind, we may take photos.
  6. Bring your passport to complete the paperwork and confirm your age.
Contraindications
Permanent Contraindications - Related to the following diseases:
  1. Reduced blood clotting.
  2. Insulin-dependent type 1 diabetes or severe type 2 diabetes. Tattoos can only be done with a doctor’s approval.
  3. Cancer and chronic acute inflammatory diseases.
  4. Severe viral diseases: HIV, AIDS, Hepatitis, Syphilis, etc.
  5. Severe skin diseases in an acute stage: psoriasis, atopic dermatitis (eczema), etc.
  6. Mental disorders and epilepsy.

Temporary Contraindications:
  1. Flu, acute respiratory viral infections, etc.
  2. Acute allergic skin reactions.
  3. Alcohol or drug intoxication.
  4. Physical damage to the skin in the planned tattoo area.
  5. Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
How does the session go?
  1. First, discuss the design sketch with the artist.
  2. Next, the artist will prepare a stencil (this takes at least 10 minutes or longer, depending on the size of the tattoo) and apply it to your skin. The stencil can be repositioned multiple times until you’re satisfied with the result.
  3. Once everything is agreed upon, the tattooing process begins. It’s important not to move or twitch and to breathe calmly. If you need a break, a bathroom visit, etc., simply inform the artist. You can also grab water near the reception.
  4. After the session, the artist will offer several healing options: a Suprasorb F healing film (available for purchase at the studio) or a baby diaper (free of charge). You don’t need to buy anything in advance.
  5. Payment can be made in cash or by card (via ЕРИП, the «Оплати» app, or a QR code).
Note:

Unfortunately, the tattoo session duration is difficult to estimate accurately (the trial tattoo time and skin conditions vary greatly), and sometimes the schedule may shift. The administrator will try to notify you in advance and may suggest arriving a little later or earlier, or in extreme cases, rescheduling your appointment.
If during the trial you decide to change the size, placement, or make adjustments to the design, the tattoo cost may increase or decrease.
If you decide to make significant changes to the design, please inform us in advance, as this may affect the application time and, if the style changes, the artist.
Healing Guide
Avoid:
  • Sports or heavy sweating - 7 days.
  • Alcohol for about 7 days. Strong coffee and energy drinks - 1 day.
  • Saunas/baths/swimming pools - 7 days.

Healing Film:
  • In the first few days, lymph fluid and ink may accumulate under the film. This is normal; the tattoo hasn’t leaked or spread and should heal under this fluid. Do not replace/remove the film or pierce it.
  • You can shower with the film, but avoid excessively hot water.
  • Do not apply anything on the film.
  • In rare cases, there may be an allergic reaction to the film. If you see redness or a rash around the film, or feel severe itching, remove the film and contact us. If removed, continue healing with a baby diaper (instructions below), or visit the studio to replace the film.
  • On the fifth day, remove the film. Afterward, gently wash the tattoo with soap. Do not scrub or use sponges and terrycloth towels. Pat the tattoo dry with a disposable towel.
  • Then, apply a thin layer of moisturizing or healing cream. A specialized tattoo cream works best (available at the studio for 5 BYN for small tattoos). You can also use Bepanthen, Dexpanthenol, or Panthenol. The tattoo may peel for some time during healing, which is normal. Continue applying cream frequently as soon as the tattoo dries, for at least 7 days. If it remains dry, keep applying.

Baby Diaper:
  • Purchase absorbent disposable baby diapers, healing cream (professional or pharmacy options: Dexpanthenol, Bepanthen, Panthenol), and chlorhexidine solution.
  • 2-4 hours later, remove the compress applied by the artist and thoroughly clean the tattoo with soap/chlorhexidine solution. Do not scrub with a sponge or towel. Pat dry with a disposable towel.
  • Apply a thin layer of healing cream and wrap the tattoo with the diaper. Secure the diaper with adhesive tape or an elastic bandage.
  • Repeat the process 3-4 times a day.
  • Wear the diaper for the first 3-4 days without exception. Afterward, wash the tattoo and apply cream 3-6 times a day for another 2 weeks.

After Healing:
  • If pigment partially “falls out” or some lines appear lighter than others, this is normal. Simply schedule a correction, which can be easily fixed during a second session.
  • If the tattoo is flawless and the color is even, no correction is needed.
  • After healing, the tattoo will appear lighter, which is also normal. This happens because the pigment is covered by a layer of skin, and you’re seeing the ink through it.
  • During the healing period, keep the tattoo covered from sunlight. Continue protecting it with SPF afterward.
If you don’t take care of your tattoo:
  • If the tattoo is left uncovered in the first few days, bacteria can enter, and the tattoo, like any ordinary wound, may become inflamed.
  • If you don’t clean the tattoo properly or fail to use healing products while using a baby diaper during the healing process, lymph fluid will dry out, forming scabs (thick, rough crusts) that may come off along with the ink and leave a scar.
  • If you sweat or drink alcohol, the tattoo may “blur.”

For this reason, it’s very important to properly care for your tattoo. If you have any questions about healing after the session, please don’t hesitate to contact us—we’ll always be here to help.
